Investors are back in the game.

I once read that one of  the signs of the bottom of a down real estate market is when investors start popping back into the market. We closed the sale of a home in mid June that had been purchased at foreclosure by an individual who remodels and sells homes. She had remodeled the home rather extensively and was reselling it. About two weeks ago we wrote an offer for another client also on a home in the Seattle area that had been purchased at foreclosure auction by an individual investor and is now being resold. In the words of Will I Am, "I have a feeling...." that we are going to see more and more of this as home prices have hit a new low in the Seattle area.
